Zusammenfassung

UBP - Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks an experienced engineer to design, implement, and operate data anonymization services across production databases. You will develop REST API backends enabling anonymization workflows and integrate with upstream/downstream systems to ensure security and auditability.

You will script in PowerShell and Bash, contribute backend services in Java and/or C#, and collaborate with security, data governance, and platform teams to define masking standards.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience designing and operating REST API backends for enterprise workloads.
• Hands-on programming in Java and/or C# with secure, testable code.
• Scripting in PowerShell and Bash for deployment and automation.
• Solid database fundamentals with MongoDB, MS SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth2/OIDC, and Kerberos security.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and operate DAP services across production databases.
• Develop REST API backends and integrate anonymization workflows.
• Build automation scripts in PowerShell and Bash for deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute backend services in Java and/or C# with quality, security, and tests.
• Collaborate with security and data governance teams on masking standards.
• Establish observability and CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive continuous improvements in performance.
• Document APIs, runbooks, and operational procedures.
