biBerk is seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to help build and improve processes that drive business growth. You will enable information for internal customers and improve the experience for policyholders.

You will support regulatory, financial, and business reporting while profiling data, creating SQL scripts, and leveraging PowerBI and other dashboards to uncover insights. Strong collaboration and data understanding are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Ability to understand data structures and find relationships.
• Experience with Visio / Process Flows.
• Experience with version control systems (GitHub, DevOps, etc).
• Experience with Analytics / BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos.
• Collaborate with internal customers and communicate key insights and findings.

We Are Seeking Candidates With The Following

• Bachelors w/ 2+ years relevant experience.
• Ability to understand data structures / find relationships.
• Experience with Visio / Process Flows
• Experience with version control systems (Github, Devops, etc)
• Experience with Analytics / BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos
• Collaborate with internal customers and communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals
• Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Insurance experience preferred.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $95,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
