Job summary

Source Group International is seeking a Data & AI Consultant to collaborate with business teams, delivering data and AI use cases, and building scalable data models and dashboards in a hybrid Switzerland setting.

You will analyze large datasets with Python and SQL, develop data applications, and support data science initiatives from concept to deployment, communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Engineering, or data-related field.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud data platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; German is advantageous.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English; German is advantageous
