Eurofins Scientific, a global life sciences analytics leader, seeks a Data & Analytics Specialist to advance data-driven solutions across Process Science & Tech Ops. You will contribute to data analytics, management, automation and visualization while upholding data quality and governance.

You will design pipelines, dashboards and web integrations, leveraging Databricks and AWS, in a collaborative, international environment within Eurofins PSS.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R or similar scripting languages.
• Experience in data analysis, data management and database systems.
• Knowledge of Databricks is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with web application development and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with data quality focus.
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional and international project teams.

During the ongoing project, the responsibility for project management, the previously defined laboratory services and the deployment of our employees in this project lies with Eurofins PSS.

As a Data & Analytics Specialist, you will join the Eurofins Professional Scientific Services (PSS) team to support our client with the development and implementation of data-driven solutions across their Process Science & Tech Ops Department. You will contribute to data analytics, data management, automation, and visualization initiatives, transforming complex data into actionable insights and supporting data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.

This role offers the opportunity to combine analytics, technology, and Life Sciences expertise within a collaborative and international environment.

• Contribute to the development and execution of a centralized data strategy, including the rollout of data solutions, data governance and data quality guidelines
• Design, develop and implement data analytical solutions for data processing, analysis, and visualization
• Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and cloud technologies (AWS)
• Maintain and continuously improve databases, supporting systems, templates and metadata to ensure reliable data operations
• Monitor data quality metrics and continuously improve data accuracy, consistency, and robustness across systems
• Develop automation solutions, web applications and API integrations
• Contribute to local and global projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, or similar scripting languages
• Experience in data analysis, data management, and database systems
• Knowledge of Databricks is an advantage
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience with web application development and API integrations
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and accuracy
