BKW Energie AG in Bern is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to own and implement our security program, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, NIST CSF and NIS-2. You will work hands-on with IT, Legal and Procurement to embed security into processes and contracts across Europe.

We value a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and fluency in English (additional German, Italian, or French are a plus). This role offers a dynamic, security-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity management and hands-on implementation.
• Experience in critical infrastructure or energy sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF and NIS-2.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• English fluent; German/Italian/French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement ISMS aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and NIS-2.
• Drive compliance and translate requirements into policies and controls.
• Own incident management: detection, response, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal and Procurement to embed security in contracts.
• Manage security monitoring tools and cover multiple focus markets.
