Syz Group in Geneva, Switzerland is offering a Cyber Security internship designed for a motivated Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate to start a career in cyber security and build practical skills in a dynamic banking environment.

You will work with security professionals on monitoring, cloud security, vulnerability follow-up, governance, and incident response, gaining hands-on experience in a regulated banking setting.

Qualifikationen

• Basic understanding of information security concepts (phishing, malware, access control, vulnerabilities).
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint or email security concepts, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop practical cyber security skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Monitor security alerts and controls under guidance of senior team members.
• Review and classify security events.
• Assist with cloud security posture reviews and documentation.
• Support vulnerability scans follow-up and patch coordination.
• Participate in incident response documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to access reviews and governance activities.
• Prepare security metrics and internal reports.
