Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Representative : Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Content Moderator : Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.
Requirements
  • Language Skills : French (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • EU Citizenship or Working VISA
  • Willing to Relocate
