Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Projects:Drive application projects for our global partner units, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Act as Technical Lead:Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries from partners and customers regarding drive technology.
• Collaborate across Boundaries:Provide expert technical support to cross-functional departments and global production sites.
• Validate Innovation:Organize and oversee the testing and validation of new drive functions and design adaptations to ensure peak performance.
• Drive Development:Partner with our global teams to innovate and refine new development projects.

Your Qualifications

• Required:A technical apprenticeship combined with a degree (Bachelor’s or Technician/HF) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Required:Proven experience in project management.
• Required:Proficiency in both German and English.
• Required:Strong digital literacy, including experience with MS Office and SAP.
• Preferred:Experience with Gas Insulated Substations (GIS) or similar high-voltage switchgear.
