IMC Trading in Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Mid Office Associate to support day-to-day post-trade operations, gather requirements from stakeholders, and work with developers to improve processes. Onsite role with limited WFH.

Responsibilities include daily reconciliation of positions, trades, and cash/token balances across CeFi, DeFi, and OTC; calculating daily P&L; and driving automation with Python notebooks. You'll interact with Trading, Finance, Risk and Technology.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, STEM, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in trading operations, middle office, product control, or related function; crypto/digital asset experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily reconciliation of positions, trades, and cash/token balances across CeFi, DeFi, and OTC counterparties.
• Calculate and substantiate daily P&L across multiple asset types.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, valuation discrepancies, and settlement issues.
• Build and maintain Python-based tools and notebooks to automate recurring reconciliation, reporting, and analysis workflows.
• Query and manage data across internal databases to support reconciliation, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Synthesize complex situations into clear deliverables for traders and senior management.
• Partner with technology teams to scope and prioritize enhancements to reconciliation and valuation systems.
