Zusammenfassung

sea chefs invites applications for a Media Technician (f/m/d) Entertainment Technology onboard the Mein Schiff fleet. You will join the entertainment team, configuring media servers and managing content for events and shows, while handling projectors, LED walls, and related AV systems.

You will maintain media technology, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the Broadcast Technician. English fluency and German knowledge, plus IT skills, are required for this international role aboard

Qualifikationen

• Studies / training in the field of media technology or event technology.
• Experience with audiovisual equipment, in particular projectors, LED walls and light and sound systems in fixed installations.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing technical problems in connection with audiovisual systems and knowledge of video servers.
• Experience with media servers and digital media content.
• Experience with professional video and broadcast technology.
• Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German.
• Good IT skills (Windows, Mac OS, Linux).
• Excellent customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Configuration and management of media servers and content for various events and shows.
• Setting up, dismantling, operating, and servicing all audiovisual equipment, including projectors, LED walls, media servers, corresponding IT networks and other technical equipment to support events.
• Maintenance and care of media technology.
• Troubleshooting technical problems and prompt repair or replacement of equipment.
• Close cooperation with the Broadcast Technician.
• Administrative tasks and reporting.
