UNDP seeks a Policy Advisor / Team of Experts professional to advance the implementation of the CRSV framework in Ukraine. The role involves strategic guidance, project operationalization, and outreach to member states and EU institutions to mobilize resources and coordinate international support.

The incumbent will build knowledge platforms, manage partnerships, and lead capacity-building activities across humanitarian and development partners in a complex post-conflict environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Public Administration or related areas.
• Alternatively, a first-level university degree with 2 years of qualifying experience may be considered.
• Minimum 7 years (with master’s) or 9 years (with bachelor’s) of progressively responsible experience.
• Experience supporting accountability efforts in Ukraine.
• Experience working in conflict and/or post-conflict settings.
• Experience with fundraising for accountability-related projects.
• Experience with the workings of EU foreign policy and related funding instruments.
• Fluency in English and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and technical advice to the Ukraine team on the Team of Experts’ programme.
• Assist in operationalizing projects in Ukraine, including case management systems.
• Support outreach to Member States and EU institutions, including fundraising and events.
• Draft proposals and coordinate with colleagues and partners to advance programme goals.
• Engage with UN entities and NGOs in Geneva to foster partnerships.
