As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Mortgage Credit Officer to strengthen our team. You will play a central role in analysing and validating real estate financing files, while working closely with our advisors and financial partners.
Your responsibilities
- Analyse the compliance of mortgage financing requests and assess their feasibility for various clients
- Expertise in complex situations and contribute to the continuous improvement of credit processes.
- Management of new volumes, renewals and risks
- Communication - Work closely with mortgage advisors and financial partners to find suitable financing solutions.
- Development & responsibilities - With your experience in the mortgage field, you will evolve towards a controller role and take on the second verification of credit applications.

Requirements
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in credit analysis and/or the mortgage field
- A good sense of numbers, risks and opportunities
- Excellent command of French spoken and written; English and other national languages are an asset
- Team spirit – you are reliable, autonomous and actively committed
- Analytical personality with a high level of quality standards
- Ease in relationships and a sense of contact with clients and partners
