Real Estate Financing Solutions, based in Zurich, is the Center of Excellence for mortgages and real estate financing and leads this business area across Private Clients.

As a Real Estate Financing Solutions Manager, you will build and develop the Financing Advisory & Structuring function, support Relationship Managers in advising private clients, and ensure that high-quality credit files are prepared for Credit Management.

Real Estate Financing Solutions, based in Zurich, is the Center of Excellence for mortgages and real estate financing and is centrally responsible for this business area across the entire Private Clients Unit. The mortgage business is an integral part of the bank’s holistic advisory approach for high-net-worth private clients, complementing its existing investment and wealth management offering.

As a Real Estate Financing Solutions Manager, you play a key role in building and further developing the Financing Advisory & Structuring function. In addition, you support Relationship Managers in advising private clients on all aspects of mortgages and real estate financing. You develop financing solutions, advise on mortgage strategies and pricing matters, structure complex financing transactions, and ensure that high-quality, creditworthy applications and credit files are submitted to Credit Management.

In this role, you make a significant contribution to the quality of advice provided to clients, customer satisfaction, process efficiency and the sustainable credit quality of the bank’s mortgage portfolio.
