Panda International in Visp, Switzerland, seeks an experienced CQV Engineer to manage qualification and re-qualification of plants, systems, and equipment in a GxP environment. You will oversee lifecycle activities, handle changes, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs, and act as CQV SME, supporting audits and regulatory inspections.

Business-fluent German is required; English is advantageous. The contract role is based in Visp with close collaboration to QA, Engineering and Operations.

Formación

• 5-10 years of CQV or qualification experience.
• Experience planning and executing initial and periodic qualifications.
• Knowledge of qualification lifecycle management, changes, periodic reviews, and decommissioning.
• Experience supporting audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections.
• German Level 2 proficiency required; English preferred.

CQV Engineer | Visp, Switzerland | Contract Job Description

A global life sciences organisation is seeking an experienced CQV Engineer to manage the qualification and re-qualification of plants, systems, and technical equipment within a GxP-regulated environment. You will oversee qualification activities throughout the equipment lifecycle, manage technical changes, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs, and ensure compliance with GxP requirements. Acting as a CQV Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will support Engineering, QA, Operations, and project teams, while representing the department during audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections.

Essential Requirements

• Technical degree (HF / FH / University) or equivalent professional experience in a technical field


• 5-10 years of relevant CQV or qualification experience


• Experience planning and executing initial and periodic qualifications of plants, systems, units, and technical equipment


• Knowledge of qualification lifecycle management, technical changes, periodic reviews, and decommissioning


• Experience managing Technical Change Requests (TCRs), deviations, investigations, and CAPAs


• Strong understanding of GxP requirements and qualification documentation


• Experience creating, reviewing, and releasing technical and quality documentation, ensuring full traceability


• Ability to act as a CQV SME and provide technical guidance to Engineering, QA, Operations, and project teams


• Experience supporting audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections


• Business-fluent German (Level 2 - required)


• Strong attention to detail, precision, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Proactive approach and strong written and verbal communication skills
