Zusammenfassung

PureGym Group in Switzerland (Zurich area) is seeking a Cost Manager to own financial costs for property-related capital expenditures, including new gym development and existing investments (roughly 10–20 projects per year).

You will collaborate with Swiss Property, Procurement and Finance to drive cost efficiency, prepare cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and provide robust financial reporting and risk analysis in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced with BKP and NPK standards.
• Proven track record in construction cost management.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting and change control skills.

Aufgaben

• Cost Investment Planning & Cost Management across multiple projects.
• Develop capital cost estimates, business cases, and investment appraisals.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage cost plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Own end-to-end financial management, budget control, and cost visibility.
• Monitor expenditure, process POs, and track invoices for accurate reporting.
• Identify risks/opportunities and provide financial analysis for decisions.
• Review supplier pricing and manage change control with procurement teams.
• Develop benchmarking data and support procurement strategies.
