Zusammenfassung

PwC Switzerland in Zug is seeking a Manager in Corporate Tax to advise a varied portfolio of corporate clients on complex tax issues and manage meaningful projects, including cross-border reorganisations and acquisitions.

You will develop practical solutions, support tax compliance questions, nurture client relationships, coach junior teammates, and work with colleagues across Tax, Legal and Advisory.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5 years of relevant corporate tax experience in consulting, industry or related tax environment; IFRS or US GAAP exposure is a plus.
• University degree in law, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification completed or in final year.
• Strong English language skills with additional languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Advise national and international clients in Zug or Lucerne on complex corporate tax matters and develop tailored, practical solutions with strategic business relevance.
• Lead and contribute to demanding projects such as domestic and cross-border reorganisations, acquisitions, divestitures, tax planning initiatives, and selected tax accounting matters.
• Support clients with tax compliance-related questions while identifying risks and opportunities in a changing regulatory environment.
• Take responsibility for managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across a varied portfolio of corporate clients.
• Contribute to the development of junior team members through coaching and by encouraging a collaborative team environment.
