Qualifikationen

• Broad knowledge of corporate actions (compulsory and voluntary) across asset classes; funds experience is a plus.
• Processing, control and timely communication of corporate action announcements to clients in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
• Management of deadlines, client responses and instructions to custodians.
• Reconciliation and accounting of Corporate Actions transactions.
• Follow-up of claims with custodians and brokers.
• Investigation and resolution of breaks, discrepancies and complex cases.
