Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Corner Manager for our store in Switzerland, starting November 2026. The role focuses on leading a high-performing team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

You will manage daily operations, coach staff, maintain visual standards, and analyze store performance to continuously improve results. A hands-on, people-focused leader with beauty industry experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of retail experience, preferably beauty
• Previous management or team leadership experience
• Strong customer focus and people development
• Analytical and commercially minded with a hands-on approach

Responsabilités

• Manage, develop and coach your team, including conducting career and employee appraisals
• Act as a role model in Sephora Attitude and pass on Sephora DNA
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with YoY growth
• Analyze store metrics and translate data into actionable sales activities
• Ensure flawless visual merchandising and timely updates/animations
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a customer-centric team focus
• Oversee store opening/closing procedures, including cash handling
• Manage goods from receipt to storage, returns and tester handling

We are looking for a Corner manager at 100% starting in November 2026

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Manage, develop and coach your team, including conducting career and employee appraisals
• Act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and pass on the Sephora DNA
• Assume full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growth
• Analyse common retail figures and derive sales activities to continuously increase store performance
• Ensure flawless visual merchandising standards, including the timely implementation of updates and animations
• Ensure excellent Sephora customer service and team focus on the customer
• Assume full responsibility for the proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closing
• Complete goods management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns and tester management

Experience and skills

• At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector
• Previous management and team leadership experience, emphatic management style is required
• Enjoy dealing with customers and developing employees
• Analytical and commercial working methods
• Strong hands‑on mentality and presence on the floor
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel an advantage
• Good knowledge of English and native language of the country
