A technology company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage the full lifecycle of contract administration, including both government and commercial contracts. Agile Space Industries is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government and commercial contract management, including subcontract management, purchasing activities, and proposal support. This is a highly hands‑on role ideal for someone who already has a solid foundation in contract administration to protect the company’s interests by being knowledgeable with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), and is eager to roll up their sleeves, drive results, and grow with a dynamic team. We are looking for someone who can operate confidently and independently reviewing terms, managing documentation, facilitate issuing purchase orders, master agreements and subcontracts but who is also coachable and ready to evolve as Agile scales.
This role can be onsite or remote, and we are currently accepting candidates residing in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Washington, Utah, and Oklahoma. You MUST live and work from one of these states to work remotely for Agile Space Industries.
