Job summary

Accenture in Switzerland is seeking a Consultant specializing in ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance to drive a major transformation program for a leading Swiss financial institution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related studies and several years of experience implementing and enhancing ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in IRM, TPRM, BCM, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, ServiceNow SecOps VR or related capabilities.
• Fluent German and English language skills and willingness to work onsite in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to identify requirements, align expectations, and build sustainable solutions.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM and GRC capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead fit-gap analyses, target operating model discussions, and solution design across IRM, TPRM, BCM, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Issue Management.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, platform specialists, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and change activities while acting as a trusted advisor for client stakeholders and project teams.

Your Daily Work

• Lead client engagements You facilitate workshops with risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to identify requirements, align expectations, and build sustainable solutions.
• Design innovative ServiceNow solutions You translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM and GRC capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Drive transformation initiatives You lead fit-gap analyses, target operating model discussions, and solution design activities across areas such as IRM, TPRM, BCM, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Issue Management.
• Collaborate across disciplines You work closely with architects, developers, platform specialists, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Guide delivery and stakeholder adoption You support testing, deployment, hypercare, and change activities while acting as a trusted advisor for both client stakeholders and project teams.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related studies and several years of experience implementing and enhancing ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions
• Hands‑on expertise in one or more areas including Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability Response (VR) or related capabilities
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills
• Experience working within regulated industries, ideally banking or financial services; consulting experience is a plus
• Fluent German and English language skills and willingness to work onsite in Switzerland
