Zusammenfassung

KPMG in Zürich is seeking a Master graduate to join our M&A team, participating in buy- and sell-side projects, IPOs and fundraising while supporting senior deal execution.

You will build financial valuation models, prepare client presentations, and conduct market research, contributing to KPMG M&A publications and learning alongside our subject matter experts.

Qualifikationen

• Analytically minded, solution-orientated and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Solid knowledge of the Swiss corporate and M&A landscape.
• Very good knowledge in MS Office.

• Create and design financial valuation models using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis
• Prepare high quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities

• Master graduate with a major in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
• Initial professional experience in M&A, Strategy Consulting and/or Financial Accounting
• Analytically minded, solution-orientated and demonstration of entrepreneurial thinking
• Solid knowledge of the Swiss corporate and M&A landscape
• Very good knowledge in MS Office
• Full professional proficiency in German and English
