Job purpose: This consultancy aims to consolidate and harmonize existing guidance on return, readmission, and reintegration (RRR) into a single, integrated document. Key tasks include identifying overlaps and complementarities between documents, proposing an optimal structure for user experience, consulting relevant teams and partners, and integrating concepts into a coherent narrative. The consultant must ensure the final document targets government practitioners and relevant stakeholders, and prepare dissemination materials. Deliverables include an inception report with a proposed structure, first and revised drafts of the consolidated guidance, and the final guidance document, all submitted according to an agreed schedule.
Education: A Master's degree in International Relations, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Development Studies, International Affairs, or a related field is required.
