IOM Geneva seeks a Conflict Advisor to support foresight, early warning and anticipatory action through advanced analysis and data-driven insight. You will translate complex findings into practical guidance for coordination and decision-making within the PRSD and humanitarian response teams.

Collaborating across units, you will reinforce conflict sensitivity in frameworks and tools, contribute to technical inputs and data pipelines, and help ensure effective risk-informed preparedness.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Conflict Studies, Political Science, IR, Development Studies, Data Science).
• Experience integrating conflict analysis into data systems or decision-support tools.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills in English.

• Enhance conflict-related data and analysis in IOM data systems and analytical functions.
• Provide inputs on integrating conflict dynamics into data pipelines and anticipatory action systems.
• Support interpretation of analytical outputs, triggers, and decision-support tools.
