The City of Geneva’s Municipal Property Management (GIM) seeks professional concierges at 70% to 100% to support building upkeep and tenant life in Geneva. The role covers cleaning, maintenance and aiding in delivering public housing services to residents.

You will work in a public service environment, with responsibilities across buildings and car parks, and a strong emphasis on customer care and community well-being.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an operations agent, cleaning agent, or have equivalent training.
• Have the knowledge to manage cleaning of buildings and surroundings, and the maintenance and technical upkeep of buildings.
• Be capable of working independently.
• Appreciate human contact and be attentive to tenants with a social approach.

Aufgaben

• Carry out all maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure order and cleanliness of buildings and surroundings.
• Take charge of maintenance and technical upkeep of buildings and car parks in various districts of Geneva.
• Participate as a concierge in implementing the service's general policy to promote quality of life in residential buildings.
