Harmattan AI in Lausanne, Switzerland, is seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to join its Machine Learning and Computer Vision team. You will develop core CV components across robotics and aerospace projects and contribute to production-grade pipelines.

The role emphasizes research, dataset preparation, algorithm optimization, deployment, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with software and simulation teams to deliver mission-critical systems for allied forces.

Qualificações

• Educational background: master's degree in CS or related field; PhD a plus.
• Strong math foundation and coding skills; hands-on ML/CV project experience.
• Experience with Python and C++; familiarity with robotics/aerospace domains is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings.

Responsabilidades

• Research CV methods and help curate training/validation datasets.
• Build and refine training pipelines and metrics to improve model performance.
• Implement ML/CV models into production-ready environments and integrate with Harmattan AI systems.
• Test algorithms in real-world environments and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with software and simulation teams to align development with system requirements.
