Jobup is seeking an experienced Real Estate Accountant or Accounting Assistant to join our accounting team in Switzerland. The role covers heating cost statements, quarterly management accounts, bank reconciliations, and portfolio accounting for our real estate mandates.

We value a friendly, autonomous professional with tenancy law knowledge, solid organisation and team spirit. Start date is immediate or by arrangement, with a 60-80% schedule and attractive social benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate accounting is essential.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and responsibility.
• Autonomous with team spirit and reliability.
• Friendly and easy contact with clients/tenants.
• Knowledge of tenancy law is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of heating cost statements.
• Preparation of quarterly management accounts.
• Processing of management cash balances.
• Consolidation of bank accounts.
• Accounting management of your own management portfolio (account keeping, closings, reconciliation).
• Preparation of financial statements, administrative management (budgets, new mandates, statements).
• Monitoring tenant/co-owner payments.
• Managing supplier invoices.
