The Communication Responsible ensures the visibility and promotion of the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Service’s activities, projects, and events. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, event organization, and coordination of communication initiatives across digital and physical channels, in alignment with the university’s communication guidelines.

  • Develop and implement the communication plan
  • Adapt key messages for different audiences and monitor impact
Digital Communication & Web Presence
  • Manage website and newsletters; ensure content is up-to-date
  • Oversee social media and create multimedia content
Event Organization & Communication
  • Plan and coordinate events, including logistics and partners
  • Promote events and handle post-event follow-up
Communication Materials
  • Draft and translate texts; oversee design of brochures and visuals
  • Maintain templates and digital communication assets
  • Serve as main contact for communication-related inquiries
  • Coordinate with university services and support strategic documents
  • Degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or scientific background with relevant experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English; good command of German and/or French
  • Familiarity with CMS, social media management, and analytics tools
  • Design skills (for example Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video/photo editing
