Location: Switzerland – project locations may include Basel, Visp and other major pharmaceutical manufacturing hubsEmployment Type: Permanent and Contract OpportunitiesCompany: KPC InternationalKPC International is expanding its presence in Switzerland and is interested in speaking with experienced Commissioning, Qualification and Validation professionals for current and upcoming pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical projects.We support major capital projects from strategy and design through commissioning, qualification, start-up and operational readiness. Opportunities may be available across both project leadership and hands-on execution roles.

• KNEAT, Veeva or other electronic validation systems

Typical Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing commissioning and qualification strategies
• Preparing, reviewing and executing lifecycle documentation
• Supporting DQ, FAT, SAT, commissioning, IQ, OQ and PQ activities
• Reviewing URS, specifications, risk assessments and traceability matrices
• Managing deviations, punch items and qualification close-out
• Coordinating with engineering, quality, automation, vendors and operations teams
• Providing technical leadership across assigned systems or workstreams
• Supporting inspection readiness and compliance with applicable GMP requirements

Candidate Profile

• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Practical commissioning, qualification or validation experience
• A strong understanding of GMP requirements and the project lifecycle
• The ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills
• Professional fluency in EnglishGerman or French language skills, experience working in Switzerland and familiarity with Swiss pharmaceutical manufacturing sites would be advantageous but are not essential for every position.Work EligibilityApplications are welcome from candidates already authorised to work in Switzerland, EU/EFTA nationals and other experienced professionals who may require work-permit support.Any potential work-permit or relocation requirements will be reviewed individually and will depend on the position, project location, candidate experience and applicable Swiss immigration requirements.About KPC InternationalKPC International has supported pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical projects worldwide since 2001.
