• Experience with project management and external partners/vendors (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Support Marketing, Sales, Consulting in building a capability framework based on training needs analysis.
• Collaborate to transition learning content between Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Edcast).
• Conduct surveys to understand learner business needs and translate results into actions.
• Drive projects with the excellence team and external vendors.
• Improve website and channel communications to raise awareness of learning offerings.
• Support operational tasks such as campaign monitoring, invites, and virtual meetings.
• Transform raw data into insights to guide future data analytics and success measurement.
