Job summary

Allega GmbH in Dagmersellen/LU sucht eine/n CNC-Polymechaniker/in in 2-Schicht-Betrieb zur präzisen Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Werkstücke auf CNC-Fräscentern mit Heidenhain-Bedienung. Sie richten Centers ein, montieren Werkzeuge und arbeiten eng mit ERP- und CAM-Systemen zusammen.

Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in oder Produktionsmechaniker/in CNC-Fräsen, arbeiten präzise, flexibel in 2-Schicht-Betrieb und bringen Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative mit.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung als Polymechaniker oder Produktionsmechaniker CNC-Fräsen abgeschlossen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in CNC-Fräsen mit 3-/4-/5-Achs-Fräsen.
• Genaues, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit.

Responsibilities

• Präzise Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Werkstücke an CNC-Fräscentern mit Heidenhain-Bedienung (3-/4-/5-Achsen).
• Einrichten des CNC-Fräscenters nach dem TopSolid Spannplan.
• Ausrichten der Werkzeuge gemäß TopSolid-Werkzeugliste und Bedienen eines CNC-gesteuerten Werkzeugvermessungssystems.
• Auftragsbearbeitung im ERP-System gemäß Fertigungs- und Prüfvorgaben.
• Aufbereitung von fertigungsgerechten Zeichnungsbauteilen.
• Optimieren und Ausführen CAM-generierter Programme.
• Wöchentliche Maschinenwartung gemäß Bedienungsanleitung und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz.

Allega GmbH is a COMPREHENSIVE service center for aluminum semi-finished products in Switzerland with 140 employees. The range includes not only aluminum semi-finished products but also a wide range of services and services for the sectors of industry, aviation, facades, and vehicle superstructures.

At the location of Dagmersellen/LU, we are looking for reinforcement as CNC POLYMECHANIC IN 2-SHIFT OPERATION (M/F/D)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the precise processing of demanding workpieces on CNC milling centers with Heidenhain control (3-/4- and/or 5-axis).
• You set up the CNC milling center according to the TopSolid clamping plan.
• You are responsible for the assembly of tools based on the TopSolid tool list and operate a CNC-controlled tool setting device.
• You process our customer orders while adhering to manufacturing and inspection guidelines as well as other quality requirements.
• You carry out order-related ERP bookings in the system and produce requirement-compliant drawing parts.
• You optimize and run CAM-generated programs.
• You perform weekly machine maintenance according to the operator instructions and ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace.

Your profile

• You have a basic training as a polymechanic and/or production mechanic specializing in CNC milling.
• You have solid CNC knowledge and the willingness to work in a 2-shift operation.
• You possess an accurate and precise working method.
• You have good communication skills in German (oral + written) and are characterized by a high degree of independence and teamwork.
