ANSAM Group, a leading IT services provider in French-speaking Switzerland, seeks an Information Security Architect to guide security governance across a major transformation programme. You will focus on cloud security, microservices, identity-centric architecture, and secure-by-design approaches, collaborating with solution architects, DevOps, IAM specialists, and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Security Architect, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in cloud and multi-cloud security architecture.
• Good knowledge of microservices and API security.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and secure-by-design approaches.
• Solid knowledge of IAM, including SSO, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, and least-privilege models.
• Experience contributing to security architecture blueprints, security foundations, reference patterns, and architecture reviews.
• Good understanding of DevSecOps and security tooling, with the ability to provide practical technical guidance.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills, with the ability to challenge designs constructively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of security architecture principles, standards, and foundations.
• Review solutions, implementations, and migrations to ensure alignment with established security requirements.
• Support architecture reviews, validation processes, and exception handling.
• Identify security deviations and provide clear, pragmatic recommendations to address potential risks.
• Promote security-by-design, Zero Trust, and DevSecOps principles throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Perform continuous security reviews across projects and provide practical guidance to delivery teams.
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives from an architecture and design perspective.
• Review IAM designs and contribute to consistent identity and access implementations.
• Work closely with solution architects, DevOps teams, IAM specialists, and external technology partners.
