About the opportunity:

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our customers, building robust relationships with key stakeholders and c-suite decision-makers. Focusing on the Swiss market, this role will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Salesforce's Commerce Cloud solutions, by identifying, developing, and closing deals with new and existing customers in the Mid Market sector, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals.

A good match for this role is:

  • Commerce Knowledge: Strong knowledge in the eCommerce Sector

  • Account Planning and Strategies: Ability to establish plans to achieve sales objectives by efficiently identifying and qualifying opportunities for Commerce Cloud.

  • Research and Discovery: Able to uncover a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.

  • Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.

  • Communication: Fluency in German and English. Interacting in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).

  • Resource Application: Seizes opportunities to optimise results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.

  • Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
