Job summary

Accenture in Zürich seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to connect CG&S clients with Accenture's consulting, technology and outsourcing services. You will own the client account, identify strategies, and assemble compelling value propositions to deliver tangible outcomes.

You will build long-term relationships, coordinate proposal processes, and contribute to portfolio growth across ongoing projects, while working in a flexible hybrid model with access to learning and development

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering or IT.
• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Project Management or Account Management in CG&S/CPG.
• Experience with multiple service types and strong knowledge of processes, systems and risks.

As part of our Client Account Team, you will be the central interface between “your” CG&S clients and Accenture’s operational business units across different types of services (consulting, technology, business process outsourcing). In this role, you will expand our project portfolio with the client and, as a Relationship Manager, ensure optimal outcomes and the highest levels of client satisfaction across ongoing projects.

Your goal: identify the client’s strategies and priorities, match them with the broad range of services Accenture offers, put together the best possible proposition, and deliver tangible value to the client.

Your Daily Work

• Build client relationships.
  You proactively engage with (potential) clients and respond to tenders with the goal of generating additional project business.
• Coordinate the proposal process.
  Focusing on value proposition, added value, strategic fit and related topics, you coordinate and orchestrate the proposal process as the central quality authority - acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally, including for existing clients in the context of ongoing projects, such as in Steering Committees (SteerCos) or during escalations.
• Drive positive business growth.
  In short: through your planning and management activities, you contribute to the positive portfolio and business development of both the client and Accenture.

Who You Are

• Degree in Business, Engineering or IT and 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Project Management or Account Management in the CG&S / CPG industry
• Experience and exposure to multiple types of services (consulting advisory, technology delivery, business process outsourcing execution) and strong knowledge of processes, systems, and business opportunities and risks within the CG&S / CPG industry
• Interest in and initial exposure to digitalization and technology trends relevant to the CG&S / CPG industry
• Confident presence with clients and colleagues, with the ability to identify and solve industry-specific challenges
• Fluent in English and German/French
