Job summary

InterSoccer is seeking enthusiastic Junior & Adult Football Coaches to join our team for Autumn 2026 and ongoing coaching opportunities across Switzerland. You will help deliver fun, inclusive football sessions for children aged 3-13, including after-school, weekend courses and birthday parties.

No previous coaching required for all roles, but enthusiasm and reliability are essential. Swiss work location is Geneva, Vaud, Zurich, Zug or Basel, with Swiss passport/work permit required for

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, energetic football sessions for children of different ages and abilities, independently or with other coaches.
• Coach weekly after-school and weekend courses as available.
• Lead football birthday parties when required.
• Help children build confidence and enjoy playing football.
• Collaborate with other InterSoccer coaches to ensure quality sessions.

InterSoccer is looking for enthusiastic Junior & Adult Football Coaches to join our team for Autumn 2026 and ongoing coaching opportunities.

InterSoccer provides fun, inclusive football activities for Boys & Girls aged 3-13 through weekly courses, school holiday camps and birthday parties. We are looking for people who enjoy football, bring great energy and most importantly, can connect with children and help create a positive environment where every child can enjoy playing, regardless of ability or previous experience.

Who are we looking for?

• Passion for football and working with children aged 3-13
• Fun, energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Reliable, responsible and organised
• Strong communication skills and good team player
• Ability to make sessions fun, engaging and inclusive
• Previous football, sports coaching, teaching, childcare or youth-work experience is an advantage
• Football or sports coaching qualifications are a plus, but not essential for every role
• Availability on weekday afternoons and/or weekends
• Availability during school holidays is a major advantage
• A driving licence is an advantage for some locations

Junior and adult applicants are welcome, including students and candidates looking for a great first coaching opportunity.

Language requirements by region

English and French are strongly preferred.

English and/or German is required, with both languages being a strong advantage.

Additional languages are always welcome in our international environment.

What will you do?

Depending on your availability and location, you may coach across:

Weekly after-school football courses

Weekend football courses

Football birthday parties

You will help deliver safe, energetic and enjoyable football sessions for children of different ages and abilities, either independently or alongside other InterSoccer coaches depending on your experience.

Most importantly, you will help children have fun, make friends, build confidence and develop a lifelong love of football.
