Giotto, a Swiss AI research lab, seeks an exceptional VP of Product to shape its future and lead long-term product direction. You will define what comes next, translate vision into a clear strategy, and unite the organization around a shared direction.

You will work closely with leadership to turn ambition into results, connecting research and engineering with customer, market, and business insight to build enduring products.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in product leadership, including VP/CPO level.
• Defined a compelling product vision and translated it into growth.
• Strategic foresight to anticipate shifts in tech and customer behavior.
• Experience bringing complex tech products to market, especially AI/enterprise.
• Strong market, pricing and go-to-market judgment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Build and lead the product organization and culture to support growth.
• Own product outcomes with metrics guiding decisions.
• Represent Giotto externally with clarity to senior customers and partners.
