Zusammenfassung

ITU, the UN agency for information and communication technologies, seeks a Head, Enterprise Risk and Internal Controls in Geneva (duty station). Fixed-term 2 years with possible renewal; external recruitment. You will lead ERM, internal controls, and second-line oversight across the organization.

The role reports to the Secretary‑General and drives risk strategy, reporting to senior management. Annual net salary starts at $86,027 plus post adjustment; additional allowances may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in risk management or related field.
• At least ten years in ERM, internal controls, compliance, with five at the international level.
• Experience supporting governance bodies and committees.

Aufgaben

• Oversee ITU’s enterprise risk management and internal controls.
• Provide second-line challenge to managers on risk identification, assessment, mitigation and escalation.
• Prepare consolidated risk reporting to senior management and governing bodies.
• Coordinate risk interdependencies across the organization and with assurance functions.
