Jobup is seeking a Construction Manager (80-100%) for our office in Münchenstein, Basel, to lead project scheduling, cost estimation and on-site management. The role requires training in architecture, civil engineering or related crafts with substantial Swiss project experience.

You will work within a team in a central Basel area office, applying VDC principles and contributing to planning and realization phases.

Qualifikationen

You have training as an architect, civil engineer, structural draughtsperson or a basic craft training with appropriate further education and several years of professional experience with projects of various sizes in Switzerland.

Your tasks in construction management

• Creation of rough and detailed schedules
• Cost estimation
• Construction accounting and cost control
• On-site construction management

Your software skills

• Messerli construction administration
• MS Project
• Microsoft Office programmes Word, Excel
