Job summary

Spitex Volketswil gehört zur VitaFutura AG. Gesucht wird eine/n Teamleiter/in Spitex mit operativer, Personal- und Fachführung für das Spitex-Team (21 Mitarbeitende). Sie tragen die Sicherstellung einer professionellen Pflege und bedarfsgerechten Klientenversorgung.

80%–100% Arbeitszeit, ab 1. Januar 2027. Sie führen Mitarbeitende, planen Dienste, koordinieren Klientenkonzepte und beteiligen sich an Projekten sowie Budgetzielen.

Qualifications

• HF/FH ausgebildete Pflegefachperson.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Spitex-Erfahrung.
• Führungs- oder Managementweiterbildung.
• Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse; ideal InterRAI-HC/Perigon.
• Selbstständige, gut koordinierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Geschäftssinn.
• Mobilität mit E-Bike oder Führerschein Klasse B.

Responsibilities

• Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden.
• Dienst- und Einsatzplanung.
• Sicherung der Pflege- und Dienstleistungsqualität.
• Organisation und Koordination der Klientenversorgung.
• Unterstützung in komplexen Pflegesituationen.
• Rekrutierung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender.
• Durchführung von Mitarbeiterbeurteilungen.
• Organisation von Team- und Fallbesprechungen.
• Umgang mit Beschwerden und Konflikten.
• Mitwirkung an Projekten sowie Mitverantwortung für Budget und Zielerreichung.
• Direkte Einbindung in die Pflege bei Bedarf.
• Aktiver Aufbau und Mitgestaltung unserer Spitex.

Spitex Volketswil enables the 20,000 inhabitants of the municipality of Volketswil to live at home as independently and in as familiar an environment as possible for as long as possible. With a dedicated team of around 20 employees, Spitex Volketswil provides professional nursing and domestic services at home and supports people in various life situations. Spitex Volketswil is part of VitaFutura AG, which employs around 150 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, hospitality and administration, and operates as a non-profit public limited company on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil.

Team Leader Spitex

From 1 January 2027, we are looking for a Spitex team member:

Your tasks

You will take on the operational, personnel and professional management of our Spitex team (21 employees) and, together with your team, ensure professional, high-quality and needs-based care for our clients.

• Leadership, promotion and development of employees
• Duty, (deployment) and resource planning
• Ensuring the quality of care and services
• Organisation and coordination of client care
• Support in complex care situations
• Recruitment and induction of new employees
• Conducting employee appraisals
• Organisation of team and case meetings
• Handling complaints and conflicts
• Participation in projects as well as co-responsibility for budget and target achievement
• Direct involvement in care when required
• Actively building and shaping our Spitex

Your profile

• Qualification as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Spitex
• Leadership training or further education in management
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally with interRAI-HC and Perigon
• Independent, well-coordinated and solution-oriented working style
• Customer and service orientation as well as business acumen
• Mobility with e-bike or driving licence category B
