Zusammenfassung

Conti & Associés Ingénieurs SA in Versoix (Geneva) seeks a Project Manager / Sanitary Planner to design and monitor sanitary systems from studies to execution. You will size networks, draft plans, and perform tender-related work using AutoCAD 2D and CAN-sanitary methods.

Collaboration with multi-discipline teams and on-site oversight are key aspects of the role. The candidate should have Swiss experience or be familiar with Swiss standards, and may use Plancal Nova/SNAP for tender work;

Qualifikationen

• Federal VET diploma or equivalent with several years in engineering or sanitary design.
• Experience in Switzerland is a significant advantage.
• Proficient with AutoCAD 2D and BIM tools like Revit is an asset.

Our Office

Conti & Associés Ingénieurs SA is an engineering firm specialised in building services engineering HVACR, located in Versoix (Geneva) and Perroy (Vaud).

Active since 1983, we now have more than 35 employees and operate in the following fields:

• Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
• Sanitary
• Electricity
• Control / BMS and building automation

We support our clients throughout all SIA 108 phases, with significant activity in phases 3, 4 and 5: studies, tenders, execution and acceptance of works. We also intervene in phase 6 for operational monitoring and energy optimisation of buildings.

Our activity also covers energy audits and diagnostics, building physics, HVACR feasibility studies, CECB+, GED and AMO missions within the eco21 programme, as well as HVACR technical expertise for insurance companies, project owners or within legal proceedings.

The Position

As part of the development of our Sanitary department, we are looking for a Project Manager / Sanitary Planner capable of participating in the design and monitoring of varied projects, from study to completion.

Your Tasks

1/ Studies and Design

a/ Design and size sanitary installations in accordance with the standards, guidelines and best practices applicable in Switzerland.

b/ Conduct studies of cold water, domestic hot water, recirculation, wastewater and rainwater networks.

c/ Perform the necessary calculations and sizing for projects.

d/ Develop plans, schematic diagrams and technical details.

2/ Plans and Tenders

a/ Create and update sanitary plans using AutoCAD 2D.

b/ Prepare quantities and measurements required for tenders.

c/ Participate in the preparation of CAN tenders using specific tools such as Plancal Nova / SNAP.

d/ Participate in the technical analysis of company offers.

3/ Coordination and Execution

a/ Ensure technical coordination with heating, ventilation, electricity and control disciplines.

b/ Attend meetings with project owners, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.

c/ Participate in monitoring the execution of installations on site.

d/ Check the conformity of installations with plans, standards and project specifications.

e/ Participate in the acceptance of installations and follow-up of defects.

Your Profile

1/ Education and Experience

a/ Federal VET diploma as a building services draughtsperson, higher technical diploma, federal diploma or equivalent qualification.

b/ Several years of experience in an engineering office, design office or sanitary company.

c/ Professional experience in Switzerland is a significant advantage.

2/ Technical Skills

a/ Good command of AutoCAD 2D.

b/ Knowledge of Plancal Nova / SNAP and tenders according to CAN sanitary.

c/ Good knowledge of Swiss sanitary standards and regulations.

d/ Knowledge of SSIGE regulations and Geberit technical guidelines.

e/ Proficiency in Revit / BIM is an asset.

f/ Good command of MS Office tools.
