Job summary

SDI Human Resources GmbH is seeking a dedicated private housekeeper for a chalet in the Gstaad area. The role focuses on meticulous housekeeping and laundry across the residence, with potential alignment for a House Manager level responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German or English, possess privacy and discretion, and have knowledge of the Gstaad region. A live-out arrangement and long-term contract are offered, with a workload of 100% in a chalet setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in private housekeeping.
• Strong laundry skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and highly organized.
• Excellent discretion and professionalism.
• Fluent in German or English; knowledge of the Gstaad area is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and laundry throughout the chalet.
• Support household operations, with experience as House Manager considered an asset.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when the family is present.
• Coordinate with extra staff during family visits.
• Maintain knowledge of the local area, suppliers, and contractors.
• Confidently drive as required for errands or family support.
