Job summary

EH Energy is seeking a Certification Engineer to own the product compliance roadmap for cutting-edge fuel cell systems. Based in Nyon, Switzerland, you will bridge engineering and global regulations, leading hazard analyses and certification strategies across EU, North America and marine markets.

This is a full-time, on-site role with no remote option. You will interface with notified bodies, define test plans, and ensure safety function verification per ISO 13849 and IEC 61508, while

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Rigorous and structured mindset with strong safety focus.
• Self-driven, able to own topics end to end.

Responsibilities

• Identify applicable directives, regulations, harmonised standards and class rules for EU, North America, and marine.
• Select and manage notified bodies, NRTLs, classification societies and test laboratories; manage budgets, schedules and contracts.
• Plan and witness type tests, FAT and SAT; ensure certification milestones are met.
