Zusammenfassung

skyguide in Switzerland seeks an IT Procurement Lead to develop category strategies for IT hardware, software, services, data centers, cloud, and telecom. You will identify strategic suppliers, manage contracts, negotiate SLAs, and assess cybersecurity and compliance risks.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver value-driven solutions, track KPIs, and own the full contract lifecycle while ensuring transparency and cost optimization in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA) in procurement and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent diplomatic communication and stakeholder relationship-building.
• Proficiency in English; French and/or German is a plus.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CIPS, CPM, PMP) are a plus
• 5+ years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or category management, preferably within an Air Traffic Management environment, including hands‑on experience with SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, in procurement and contract management processes
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Communication: Excellent diplomatic communication abilities to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and expert organizations
• Building Relationships: You value diverse perspectives, respect personal boundaries, and invest in meaningful professional relationships
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; French and/or German is an asset
