Interested consultants are invited to submit the following as part of their application:

• A short technical proposal (maximum 2 pages) outlining their proposed approach to the assignment
• An updated CV demonstrating relevant qualifications and experience
• A commercial proposal (maximum 1 page) specifying the proposed daily fee and the number of working days proposed for the assignment
