Aufgaben

• Create offers and quotations for construction work (building, civil engineering, renovation, and engineering concrete construction).
• Develop calculations and cost estimates according to tender specifications using ABACUS ERP.
• Structure and manage the calculation process and prepare bid calculations with cost–benefit analysis.
• Obtain and compare offers for materials and subcontractors in the calculation process.
• Prepare installation plans, construction programs, reports, and foundations to supplement the offer.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with leadership and hand over dossiers to execution.
• Serve as point of contact for the execution department manager and site manager.

Your Job

Creating offers and quotations for construction work (building, civil engineering, renovation, and engineering concrete construction) Developing calculations and cost estimates, including time expenditures according to the tender and/or specifications for construction tenders and submissions using ERP ABACUS. Structuring and managing the calculation process and preparing the bid calculation considering the cost-benefit analysis. Obtaining and comparing offers for materials and subcontractors in the calculation process. Creating additional documents such as installation plans, construction programs, reports, and foundations to supplement the offer. Making adjustments for rejected offers. Preparing for contract negotiations in collaboration with the head of estimation. Participating in internal meetings for dossier handover to the execution department manager and site manager. Point of contact for the execution department manager and site manager. Forwarding documents for securing and further processing to the Technical Secretariat.

Your Profile

Completed higher vocational training in the construction industry (e.g., site manager, master builder, engineer, etc.) with subsequent experience in a technical or commercial office function. Several years of professional experience in estimation. Good technical understanding as well as strong numerical comprehension. Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
