Job summary

ISD728 is seeking a Cadets Assistant Director for the Winter Season to assist the Director in technical education, drill sets, and show choreography.

Provide instruction to students of all ages and ability levels, implement marching and music technique, and run rehearsals in sectionals; attend competitions and rehearsals as directed by the Director. Date available ASAP; location District Wide.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership ability in music and the marching arts.
• Excellent skills in conducting, marching, choreography, and performance.
• Extensive experience in the marching arts (DCI, WGI, college marching band, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to students of all ages and ability levels.
• Implement marching/music technique and choreography in a full ensemble and sectional setting.
• Run rehearsals both visually and musically in sectionals.
