Medacta Italia is seeking a young and dynamic Purchasing professional to support day‑to‑day activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective supply of goods and services.

You will manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, monitor delivery targets, and prepare reports while upholding company policies and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in Economics or similar education.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working with suppliers.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and cost reduction.

Aufgaben

• Support the purchase of goods, materials and services in line with cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
• Manage relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and updates.

For our Purchasing Department we are looking for a young and dynamic professional who will be responsible for supporting the day to day activities in order to ensure that the supply of goods, materials and services is managed effectively and efficiently.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:

• support the purchase of goods, materials and services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets;
• prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedule;
• manage relationships with suppliers;
• ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures;
• prepare reports and updates;
• organize shipments to/from Suppliers;

Hard Skills

The resource should also have the following skills:

• bachelor in Economics or similar education;
• al least 3/5 years of experience in the same function in a manufacturing Company;
• fluent in English;
• experience of working closely with suppliers;
• able to add value, reduce costs and input to business improvements;
• knowledge of accounts payable.
