Overview

Business partner GenCy at Swiss Armed Forces – responsible for connecting training, employee development, and student promotion within the Cyber Command. Remote work possible, Bern office available.

Responsibilities
  • Assume HR responsibility for all apprentices across various fields (platform development, applications, building, etc.) and provide assistance and support to trainers and practical training managers.
  • Provide global assistance and coaching to apprentices and their supervising authorities; support development of personality, branding, and work methodology to ensure successful apprenticeship.
  • Strategically develop the apprenticeship system within the Cyber Command and implement innovative solutions based on current challenges.
  • Act as the primary contact for apprentices, supervising authorities, vocational schools, authorities, trainers, and practical training managers; coordinate and manage all relevant HR and administrative processes concerning apprentice training.
Qualifications
  • Federal certificate as a commercial employee, IT professional or equivalent diploma, complemented by a tertiary level degree (e.g., bachelor/master in psychology, education sciences, pedagogy or related field).
  • Professional trainer with federal certificate, professional trainer certification, or experience as a federal trainer with years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability and experience in coaching young adults, strong communication skills, and commitment to conveying knowledge and supporting apprentice development.
  • Good active knowledge of a second official language.
