The Team

You’ll Business Development team, working closely with colleagues across Europe to grow our corporate customer base and strengthen our presence in Switzerland and Germany. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll be supported by a passionate, forward‑thinking team that thrives on challenge and innovation.

The Role

As Business Development Manager - Central Europe, you’ll be responsible for increasing bookings from managed corporate customers, focusing on Switzerland and Germany. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, manage key corporate and TMC accounts, and work with colleagues across Europe to identify new opportunities.

  • Managing a portfolio of German and Swiss corporates and TMCs
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key business clients
  • Driving incremental revenue through business development, marketing, and education
  • Collaborating with Distribution, Trading, Network & Pricing teams
  • Raising easyJet’s B2B profile in Switzerland and Germany
  • Recording and tracking sales activity accurately
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the travel or airline sector
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and organise your workload effectively
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset, able to use data to inform strategy
  • Deep knowledge of the Swiss and German markets, with established contacts
  • Fluent in French and German, with excellent English; additional languages are a plus
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment

Practicalities

This is a full‑time role that has to predominantly serve our corporate and TMC clients in Switzerland and Germany. Office spaces are available in Geneva and Berlin with regular in‑person attendance there, in‑person client contact in the market, as well as travel to our Luton office being expected on a monthly basis.
