Rieter is seeking a Business Controller for the EMEA and Americas regions. You will shape financial performance, provide budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Based in Winterthur, you will work in an international finance environment with opportunities for development and collaboration within a global team. You will deliver data-driven insights, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support strategic decisions across diverse markets.

As a Business Controller for the EMEA and Americas regions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of the two regions within the Division SSF (Short Staple Fiber). You will be responsible for financial steering, analysis, and decision support, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will provide data-driven insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
