Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst / SME Databricks to join a strategic Finance Transformation programme. The role will bridge the gap between business and technology teams, supporting the delivery of finance-related data initiatives and helping define how Databricks can be leveraged to improve reporting, analytics, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Identify and define Databricks use cases supporting Finance Transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support process improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making.
